2011-2012 First Parish Governing Board Covenant

We commit to be present, honest, accountable, and loving in our communications with each other, to assume each others' best intentions, to listen attentively, and to ensure that each voice is heard.  We respect diversity of opinion, but agree to speak with one voice once a matter of policy has been decided.  We value creativity, and are united in both friendship and in service to the mission of First Parish: to nurture the spirit, grow in community, and help heal the world.
